As the owner of Adorn Extensions & Color, Phaedra is passionate about helping clients achieve fuller, thicker, natural-looking hair with Invisible Bead Extensions® and custom color. With over 20 years experience, she specializes in creating extensions that blend seamlessly, feel comfortable, and enhance your natural hair and tones- perfect for anyone struggling with thin hair or lack of volume.
Behind the chair, Phaedra is known for her expertise and years spent leading the IBE® Platform Educator Team and as an IBE® Master Educator. Though she’s a bit of a workaholic, she makes time for adventures with her husband, Dave, or traveling out of the country with her daughters. A lover of all things fashion and beauty, she’s drawn to all types of haircare and beauty products, chic accessories- especially shoes and handbags. Back home, she’s happiest surrounded by family—especially her two grandsons—or planning her next big trip.

Hi, I’m Madison — a 22-year-old hairstylist with a passion for blonding, beauty, and all things aesthetic.

I’m based in South Tampa and specialize in blondes, lived-in color, and IBE® extensions. I’ve been behind the chair for almost 2 years now, and I truly can’t imagine doing anything else — this industry has my heart.
​
I love working with clients who want hair that looks effortless, soft, and lived-in. I’m definitely a talker (so don’t be shy!), and I’m all about creating a space where you feel comfortable, confident, and completely taken care of. My goal is for every client to leave not only loving their hair, but also understanding how to maintain it at home.

Outside the salon, you’ll usually find me at the gym, downtown trying new spots, shopping, or relaxing at the beach. I’m drawn to anything aesthetic — from dreamy blondes to cute spaces to a good outfit. I believe good energy, great conversation, and beautiful hair all go hand in hand.

Originally from New Hampshire, Chloe made the move to sunny Tampa four years ago and has been thriving in the beauty industry ever since. With three years of hands-on experience as a stylist, she brings a fresh yet confident approach to her craft.
Certified in Invisible Bead Extensions® since 2022, Chloe also spent a year and a half assisting Phaedra, further honing her skills and attention to detail. She specializes in blonding, dimensional color, and extensions-transforming hair with a blend of technical expertise and creativity.
Chloe is passionate about helping her guests feel like the best version of themselves, and she's committed to making each salon experience personalized, elevated, and empowering.
Savannah Ingle

At Adorn Tampa, I’m passionate about creating a salon experience where you feel comfortable, cared for, and leave with the hair of your dreams. I believe every client deserves not just beautiful hair, but a relaxing and enjoyable time in my chair. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll often find me volunteering with my therapy dog, Hilo, which is one of my greatest joys outside of hairstyling.

Behind the chair, I’m known for my attention to detail and my commitment to maintaining the health and integrity of your natural hair above all else. While I love the work I do, I also cherish time spent with my husband, friends, family, and my three dogs—because if there’s one thing I love as much as great hair, it’s my pups!

Taylor is a stylist of 10 years and has a passion for big transformations! This year she became an Elite Artist with Invisible Bead Extensions®. Taylor is a specialist in multiple categories of color and extensions! She is passionate about educating her clients, and sharing her knowledge with them!
Adriane McGee

Adriane brings her creative eye to everything she does at Adorn, from organizing photo shoots to curating our social media presence. She’s the reason our feed feels as welcoming and polished as our salon. Outside of Adorn, she has a whole other career as a Delta flight attendant, traveling the globe while still managing to keep us stocked with snacks and supplies. Adriane is also mom to Phaedra’s two grandsons, ages 8 and 4, who keep her on her toes just as much as we do.
